The municipal Town Planning Department to is an instrument of action for the council, which manages the municipal powers in Planning and Construction.

 

Main functions of the department:

- Preparation, monitoring and enforcement of the municipal urban planning:

  • General Urban Plan.
  • Partial Plans.
  • Detailed Studies.
  • Projects to change Management Systems.
  • Reparcelación projects.
  • Ordinances Municipal Building.

 

- Information for the granting of building permits.

  • Large Building Permits.
  • Small Building Permits.
  • Segregation licenses.
  • Request for Change of Use
  • Licence of First Occupation.

 

- Initiation and management of cases arising from urban infringements.

  • Processing of disciplinary proceedings.
  • Processing of Restitution Records Urban Legality infringed.

 

- Regulating all matters relating to the opening and operation of all types of shops and businesses.

  • Opening licenses and business establishments. (Classified Activities under Law 7 / 2007) and harmless activity.
  • Establishments Ownership Changes.

 

- Drafting and execution of municipal works projects (development of streets, parks and gardens, pedestrian pathway, municipal buildings ...).

 

- Issuance of certificates and reports on municipal: Antiquity, Legality, Urban, Urban Information, expiration, etc ...

 

 

Processing of planning permission.

The documents necessary for obtaining the license for works depend on the type of work (more or less) to be performed, must be attached documents set out in the appended claims.

Documents supporting such segregation (bonds cadastral survey plans, etc).

 

Documents proving the change of use (cadastral cards, technical reports, etc).

 

 

FEES:

The fees for obtaining the corresponding Building Permit are:

  • Fees for opening and processing of the application: (2% of the budget of the work).
  • Building tax: (2.4% of the budget of the work).
  • Occupancy Tax road: (1% of Construction Budget) applicable in the urban and sensitive areas of occupation.
  • Fees for Licence of First Occupation (1.5% of the value of the work, issued by the office staff after inspection).

(*) The budget for the work shall be governed by the scale indicative of the Official College of Architects of Malaga.

Processing of Open Licenses.

The documents necessary for obtaining the license for opening depend on the activity carried out under Law 2 / 2007 OEWG. Documents must be attached as outlined in the attached applications.
