TheAreaofCulture of the villageof Competa, announces theVPaintingContest "Night of the Wine", accordingto the followingbases:
Participation of allpainters is acepted with no relationwith the Cómpeta Town Hall.
The themeof the workwill be related tothevillage of Competaand wine.
There will be an award of 1000 euros for first prizefor the winningandhonorable mentionto thefinalists.
The technique usedare up to the artist, design must bein a vertical formatlandscape,with a size of at leastthe15P(65x54cm). Other measurments will be left out of the competition.
Thewinner will be theposterpictureof the "XXXVIINightof Wine", fair ofnational tourist interestin Andalusia,which is held inthis townon the 15th of August eachyear.
The deadline for registrationand admissionwill be fromMay 10toJune 11, 2012, at theDepartment of Culture(from 10:30to 13:30).
Escribo para comunicarte que la Ley 9/2010 aprobada por la Junta de Andalucía va a provocar una subida considerable en el recibo del agua. Se trata de una medida injusta, que he denunciado públicamente en numerosas ocasiones. El Partido Popular ha votado en contra de ella en el Parlamento de Andalucía pero se aprobó con el voto a favor de PSOE e IU.
No obstante no nos damos por vencidos y hemos recurrido esta ley.
De momento la Junta de Andalucía nos obliga a incorporar en la factura un canon fijo de 1€ al mes. Además una cuota variable de tres tramos, según el consumo: 0,10 €/m3; 0,20 €/m3 y 0,60 €/m3. Estas cantidades impuestas se facturan en los recibos de agua pero el dinero y el Ayuntamiento tiene que ingresarlas en las arcas de la Junta de Andalucía.
En la factura los cobros a los que hago alusión aparecen sombreados y posiblemente se irán incrementando años tras año.
Lo lamento sinceramente, pero nuestro Ayuntamiento no es responsable de una subida del agua forzada por la Lay en toda Andalucía.
